Either a price for your company, or the specific things we still need to know before anyone puts a number on it. Some cases — a gaming licence, an audit alongside the bookkeeping — need a short call with a director before we can price them at all.
We agree the month your books start with us, load the opening balances, and bring any earlier months up to date. You upload from then on; the ledger is ours to keep.
No timescale is quoted on this page on purpose. A mailbox read by working accountants is not an SLA, and we would rather tell you what happens than promise you a clock we do not measure.
The prices are published, the configurator on the landing page works them out for your company, and an accountant picks the ledger up once you are in. Talking first is an option, not a step.
